Thang

Thang is a mutated creature that roams around an abandoned office space as if it were its guardian dog. It's implied to have once been an office worker who, after falling in love with their boss and getting manipulated, was turned into this creature due to its devotion to its lover.

Personality

Thang is looming and shy, but under control. They're eager to please but under the worst conditions to do so. Thang is a scared creature, unsure about almost anything most of the time, so they tend to rely on whoever is in charge of them for directions and guidance. Because of that, he's mostly wandering and alert, but daydreams a lot when not working.

Story

Used to be an office worker who got tangled in a love affair with their boss. Got tricked and groomed into doing romantic favors for their boss since they already had a teasing thing going on, getting benefits and fake affection in return. This went on for so long that the worker got lost in pleasing their boss, eager to receive love and care from them. Now unfairly cursed to be their devoted pet, they stalk the halls of their office place as a guard dog, hoping to do a good enough job and be worthy of their lover's attention.

The reason Thang is mutated. As the result of a cursed love affair with their boss, the head of the company now uses them as a guard dog. They hold "love and care" as payment or compensation for the patrolling duties Thang does.

Trivia

• Got nicknamed Thang as a play on "thing", something their boss called them after forgetting their name. Thang soon forgot their own name too.
