Deltarune : Chapter [[GARY]]

* What is this?

This is a Deltarune AU project I've been developing since the release of Chapter 2 in late 2021. It started MUCH smaller than what it is now, so excuse the mess while I clean things up! Still, let me tell you a little bit about it!

This started as a small au for my Spamton EX Gary! As a "what if" scenario where Spamton got his third chance at greatness and grabbed it by the horns, making a mess so big that the game itself and the rules of the DELTARUNE world are falling apart all due to one man's wishes to keep living. However, with the release of new chapters and plotlines to follow, it's quickly ballooning into the biggest fandom project I've ever made! It includes many Dark Worlds with leaders, enemies and secret bosses of their own! There's PLENTY to go around if you wanna check it out!

* Is this a fangame?

As of the time of writing this, there are no plans to make this into a game! It’s simply not something I would even know how to make or produce. I have no competences in coding games, and I’ve just barely tapped into making sprites and pixel art to replicate the game’s artstyle.

However, I also told myself I wouldn’t be learning coding for the sake of presenting this project in an interactive way. Well, we’re on Neocities now, so that proves that nothing is out of reach. Not in the plans, but not impossible either.

* How many chapters will there be?

I'm not sure of that myself! I'll kinda just make em as the games come out :P I have 5 for the sake of having some free space to fill up as the years go by, but we'll see how it goes!

* Where should I start?

As you would any game: from the start! Give Chapter 1 a look, then Chapter 1, then off you go! Be sure to keep a close eye on character and world entries! This website's stuffed with secret pages and hidden messages! It was made for the people who had a blast going through all the secrets of the Spamton Sweepstakes, so don't be scared to look at the source code and inspect elements from the page, you'll be sure to find a LOT of cool secrets :^]

* I wanna contribute to the project!!

Thank you so much!! Right now it's just me working on this! I made everything you' see above'll find; animations, sprites, backgrounds, the occasional sound editing and YES even the website coding itself! Right now I'm mostly looking for people who know how to make music to make battle songs and other tracks for the project! Contact me through any of my social medias!
