Heartipede

Heartipede is a Darkner enemy encountered in LunaLand. They're provoked to attack if a player runs into a group of them.

Profile

Appearence

Heartipede is a centipede-shaped Darkner. Its body is made of four heart-shaped segments, each a progressively darker shade of pink. The first segment consists of its face, while the other three form its body. Its eyes are squinted into horizontal "V" shapes, its mouth a small smile. Two inward curling antennae sprout from its head. Each segment that forms its body has one pair of small, simple legs. At the end of its last segment, there are two thin, curled tails that resemble their antennae.

Personality

Heartipede is a lovebug - literally. It is completely obsessed with corny love stories where everything ends well in the end. If faced with a tough pill to swallow or a disastrous ending, it can get distressed very quickly.

Main Story

Chapter [[GARY]]

Heartipedes are small enemies that can be encountered in groups throughout LunaLand. They're usually situated around shops and other gathering areas, talking to other Heartipedes about what they've recently been consuming regarding content, such as books, shows, and games.

During cutscenes, they can also be found cowering from attacks of Lady Ovnee whenever she tries to take over LunaLand.

In-Battle

Attacks

• A replica of Heartipede will walk around inside the bullet board, its body taking up space inside the board as it twists and turns. Running into Heartipede deals damage.
• Heartipede will appear at the top of the bullet board, crying, its tears falling down onto the bullet board. As they fall, the bottom of the bullet board will start flooding. Running into the tears or the flooded areas of the bullet board deals damage.
