Rampire
Rampire is a Darkner enemy first encounteres the Acid Fields. It's the first enemy the party encounters while entering Gary's Dark World, after their first encounter with (NAME PENDING).
Rampires are counters to Werewires, being in an intense rivalry with one another.
Profile
Appearence
Rampire is a black and white bat-shaped Darkner. Its head is V-shaped, its skin white with a black "hairline", mouth gaping open with two sharp fangs. Its eyes and mouth have a pulsing multicolored pattern of red, orange, yellow, green and blue. Its torso is a black square with a multicolored diamond shape in the middle of it. Its arms are black with a white underside with 3 fingered hands, being connected to their wings similarly to a bat's wings. Their hips and legs are connected, ending in a single sharp point, also connected to its wings. The inner side of its wings is striped with vertical segments, interchanging between solid black and a multicolored pattern.
Personality
Rampires are described as "constantly consuming energy" and as such are always hungry. They're seen cornering other Darkners to try and suck the energy from them. Like actual bats, they congregate in groups but tend to hunt solo. They're seen being particularly hostile with Werewires but tend to avoid confrontation with them.
Main Story
Chapter [[GARY]]
After being invited by Gary to enter Neo City, the party hears a Darkner screaming for help. When running in to investigate, they find a ChargerBoy cornered by a Rampire. At the sight of the party, the ChargerBoy runs away and leaves the Lightners to fight the Rampire.
More Rampires can be encountered around Neo City, either congregating in groups of two or three, or hunting for other Darkners by themselves.
There are also non-hostile Rampires that can be interacted with, revealing information about characters like Gary and Sul.

Trivia
- The name Rampire comes from a mix of the words RAM and Vampire.
- The rivalry between Rampires and Werewires is a reference to the trope of rivalry between vampires and werewolves in media.
- Rampire's design seems to be a reference to the character NOS-4-A2 from the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command animated series. Both share a V-shaped face, a body that ends in a single sharp point and consume energy in a vampire fashion.
- The design on Rampire's cape seems to be a reference to a Twitter post where a user cleaned the RAM of their computer while the computer's screen was still turned on. Both share a striped look with black and a multicolored pattern.
